Deaf Children in India and Sri Lanka
Pink Crocodile supported hearing impaired children who are living in poverty in Asia, particularly in India and Sri Lanka. We enabled these children to have access to the necessary rehabilitation. Because of the support Pink Crocodile provided, the children are able to afford besides the therapy also travel to rehabilitation centres and clinics. A full rehabilitation allows them to attend regular schools and be integrated part of society.
Over 400 Children have received our support throughout India and Sri Lanka.
Pink Crocodile's Role
- Fundraise and manage the allocation
of funds according to guidelines.
- Liaise with the rehabilitation centres
and clinics, which provide the services
and ensure the funds are correctly spent.
- Report to the donor.
- Keep and maintain record of the children
and centres which have been supported.
